What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
The room is at your disposal from 2 p.m. Check-Out is until 11.00 p.m. If you think you need the room earlier or for a longer period, please contact the reception on 0445314548.
Does the price include the Buffet Breakfast?
Our prices usually include Buffet Breakfast served in the main restaurant.
What time is breakfast served?
Buffet breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
What are the free services?
You will have free access to the Small Relaxation Area with Gym, Wi-Fi, outdoor parking space; you can also use the City Bikes. Reservations for the Relaxation Area and City Bikes from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.; at other times by sending the access code given beforehand.
Is the hotel always open?
Of course, our hotel is open 24 hours a day with a night concierge service. In addition, the Reservation Office is available 24 hours a day at +39 0445 314548 or by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you also have a restaurant?
Of course. Our Restaurant, open from Monday to Thursday (Friday, Saturday, Sunday by reservation for a minimum of 20 people), offers local and international cuisine, with a Tasting Menu of the Day or an A la carte Menu.
Can I stay at the hotel with a small pet?
Of course. Hotel Kristal welcomes small pets; however, this must be communicated at the time of booking. An extra charge of €15.00 per night will apply.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept payment in cash, by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Debit Card and by Bank Transfer.
How can I get around if I am without a car?
Our hotel can arrange a taxi or shuttle service on request. A fee will be charged. The nearest railway station is Thiene, about 5 minutes by car.
